Galen Kipar Project – The Scenic Route

This Album of the Week comes to us from Asheville’s very own small-scale symphony, The Galen Kipar Project. The Scenic Route was recorded locally in the Land of the Sky at Echo Mountain Studios and mastered in New York City by Richard Morris Mastering. His fourth release in five years, this album is sure to be recognized as Kipar’s finest work to date.

The Galen Kipar Project will make a special appearance on “An Evening with Fret Knot Radio Hour” at Malaprop’s Bookstore/Cafe on May 25th, 2010. Just days later, on May 29th, Galen will also be performing a CD pre-release party at The Lexington Avenue Brewery.
